COMMITMENTA correction must make it possible to understand what was wrong, what changes, and which earlier decisions or resources may be affected.
Qualification
Errors are distinguished from editorial clarifications and disagreements of interpretation. An error of calculation, source, unit or data receives priority treatment.
Publication
A substantial correction changes the page and adds a dated note explaining its effect on the conclusion. Related downloadable resources are versioned at the same time. The detailed public register is still to be built; that absence is treated as unavailable information, not as zero corrections.
